Waree is a dynamic young lady who loves cooking since she was a young girl in Thailand. Waree followed the footsteps of her mother who was a great chef in Nakornpathom district.
When festivals and ceremonies took place, Waree would help prepare a range of Thai food and desserts to cater over 300 guests. Waree believes in using only the freshest herbs and spices in her ingredients for all her dishes. Firstly because it is healthy and most of all it enhances the real flavour of authentic Thai cuisine to make every dish exquisite.
We offer a wide variety of Thai favourites including from our entree menu Satay Chicken Skewers, Curry Puffs, Money Bags and Prawns wrapped in pastry.
From our Soups menu some choices include Tom Yum or Tom Kah Gai. Both are gluten free.
Here at our Canberra restaurant we also have curries, sauteed dishes, rice and noodles and Thai salads.
From our Little Siam Specialties menu you can enjoy Pud Pug, Pug Prig or Talay Tord.
